To keep yourself healthy so
Number one is you have to sleep early and wake up early
Number two is you must work out a little bit of exercise very important be it uh you know you can walk and any form of cardio it's very important a little workout at least four to five
days a week
Number three is you must have a very good and healthy breakfast that's also very important it should have you know protein it should have um dairy it should have you know good fats like nuts and all so you can change your meal plans once you get bored with one thing so you can always go for another option there are many options available
Number four is um your dinner time should be early like um 6 30 7 maximum that's what i follow so um if you sleep really late like after one o'clock then maximum by 7 7 30 so uh these are very important four points and the last one is this is very important because essential things to keep yourself healthy and active.
